Manager – HR Budgets & Data Analytics
You will provide data reporting, analytics and insights for the Talent function to enable accurate planning and decision making at all levels. Is also expected to manage senior stakeholders, manage expectations and project delivery.
Your key responsibilities
- Consults with our senior leadership in Global Talent COEs to understand their strategic imperatives by being connected, responsive and Insightful. Understands their needs and business questions to determine the analysis and deliverables.
- Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders (including the Executive Layer), Global Talent Function and HR Services teams) to keep on the pulse of what is important to leadership and build relevant analysis and interpretation.
- Establishes credibility by demonstrating an understanding and keeping current on Talent Analytic trends, research and tools.
- Generates innovative ideas to employ in deliverables.
- Analyses and clearly presents data and other information to identify significant trends or key issues, provides recommendations and makes presentations on trends, forecasts, supplies, predicts future potentials.
- Ability to work with any kind of data source or data sets to produce analysis in Business Intelligence tools
- Work closely with data, reporting and analytics team members including articulating client demands
- Design the resource required and leverage the internal team’s talent to deliver on the needs of the business
- Understands the process of data integration: including workforce data from central systems such as People Insights and other HR applications such as Taleo, and/or in our Talent development platforms.
- Awareness of data privacy and legal issues
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong client facing skills and the ability to communicate analytical and technical concepts with confidence and in an easy-to-understand fashion.
- Should have good HR domain experience, processes and familiar with HR systems such as Peoplesoft, Success Factors.
- Strong experience in advanced analytics
- Experience in statistical modelling
- People Management (Capability Development)- Should have experience in managing small team with
- Good managerial skills
- Hands on experience to perform and produce analytics using Data Lake/ Data Mart architecture
- Should have experience in - Advanced Power BI must (with knowledge on DAX expressions), Tableau, Qlikview, Power Apps and MS- PowerPoint for leadership presentation
- Expertise in Analytics tools like R / Python programming. Familiar with SQL, KNIME / Alteryx, Appreciation of HRMS will be an added advantage.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience in MIS, Statistics, Decision Science or similar field
- 7 to 9 years of reporting and dashboard experience Strong HR functional background
- Have proven extensive relevant experience in understanding People data analysis and reporting.
- Extensive knowledge on KPI metrics, Headcount, Hire, Attrition, Performance analysis is mandate
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Knowledge on Microsoft Azure DevOps Kanban board and Success factors HR system is an advantage
- Understanding and experience of working under Agile methodology
- Familiar with roles and responsibilities of Scrum meeting
