Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer-focused, omnichannel campaigns to drive traffic, capture demand, and generate revenue

Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Content Strategy- Develop and implement content strategy to drive awareness, demand, and conversion across channels, focusing on customer stories, video, and SEO/AIO-driven copy.
- Refine a messaging framework that positions PayPal as a payments thought leader, tailored to verticals like travel, gaming, and cross-border business.
- Build and manage a content calendar prioritizing storytelling formats and targeted content throughout the buyer journey.
Content Development & Sales Enablement- Create high-quality content across formats (blogs, white papers, infographics, videos) with emphasis on storytelling and customer narratives.
- Produce sales materials including case studies, product sheets, and presentations to support commercial teams.
- Ensure all content is clear, compelling, and on-brand while simplifying complex product and regulatory concepts.
- Manage agencies and contributors to scale content production efficiently.
Campaign Content Creation- Develop content for brand awareness, product launches, and events across APAC.
- Prepare integrated campaign assets that drive comprehension, engagement, and lead generation.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across paid and owned channels.
Web & SEO Strategy- Lead content for websites, landing pages, and discoverability surfaces across APAC, with focus on payments and financial services.
- Define and execute regional SEO strategies to grow organic visibility and quality traffic.
- Optimize existing and net-new content using keyword insights, user intent, and market trends.
- Pilot AI-driven content workflows (AIO) to improve efficiency and relevance while safeguarding brand quality.
Industry Expertise & Platforms- Conduct competitor research to identify gaps and opportunities, ensuring differentiated thought leadership.
- Leverage customer and market insights to keep messaging relevant.
- Develop content platforms highlighting cross-border payment solutions and global expansion opportunities.
- Expand thought leadership through multimedia formats (videos, podcasts, webinars).
Collaboration & Measurement- Collaborate with commercial, product marketing, integrated marketing, regulatory, and analytics teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
- Champion customer voice and field insights to inform strategy.
- Own KPIs for content performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign engagement.
- Analyze results and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Candidate requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in B2B content marketing with an emphasis on storytelling and content creation.
- Proven experience leading content strategy and development for high-growth companies, with working knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Proven experience managing content for multiple APAC markets, with sensitivity to local culture and language
- Expertise in developing customer success stories and video content, with an ability to translate customer outcomes into compelling narratives that drive engagement.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with external creative agencies.
- Strong understanding of the global payments landscape, including trends, challenges, and competitor strategies.
- Strong comfort with analytics and using data to guide decisions, measure content ROI, and drive continuous improvements
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously in a matrixed and fast-paced environment
Nice to Have- Experience exploring or testing AI-assisted content workflows
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and an understanding of where they can enhance (or risk) brand storytelling
- Experience briefing and managing external content agencies or freelancers
- Exposure to influencer content campaigns or ecosystem-led content strategies
