- Provide project and key stakeholder alignment on initiatives to ensure they are connected to the larger Community Operations goals; ensure projects are properly defined and scoped with charters that include well-written problem statements and quantifiable goals and baseline data
- Be the subject matter expert for best support practices obtained internally and externally
- Improve operational performance by using a data-driven approach for issue identification, root cause analysis, and improvement rollouts
- Grow your team of project managers by helping them develop critical professional skills (analytics, business acumen, presentation skills, project management, and communication)

- - - - Preferred Qualifications ----
- Minimum 8 years of project and/or program management experience
- Minimum 5 years of people management experience
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
- Prior professional experience with optimization, processes, systematic organization, program/project management. Ability to create and optimize support processes, willing and able to lead others utilizing those processes
- Strong analytical skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits
- Outstanding communication skills. Including public speaking and ability to present effectively in front of peers and senior leadership
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in process improvement or project management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to work in a matrix environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
