Your impact in Role

  1. Provide project and key stakeholder alignment on initiatives to ensure they are connected to the larger Community Operations goals; ensure projects are properly defined and scoped with charters that include well-written problem statements and quantifiable goals and baseline data
  2. Be the subject matter expert for best support practices obtained internally and externally
  3. Improve operational performance by using a data-driven approach for issue identification, root cause analysis, and improvement rollouts
  4. Grow your team of project managers by helping them develop critical professional skills (analytics, business acumen, presentation skills, project management, and communication)

- - - - Preferred Qualifications ----

  1. Minimum 8 years of project and/or program management experience
  2. Minimum 5 years of people management experience
  3. Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
  4. Prior professional experience with optimization, processes, systematic organization, program/project management. Ability to create and optimize support processes, willing and able to lead others utilizing those processes
  5. Strong analytical skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits
  6. Outstanding communication skills. Including public speaking and ability to present effectively in front of peers and senior leadership
  7. Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, BPMN).
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Certification in process improvement or project management (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus.
  10. Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to work in a matrix environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
