Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience in risk management, audit or compliance programs in organizations with contingent workforce.
Experience in identifying and assessing risks, and designing and testing controls.
Experience in developing risk, control, or compliance frameworks.
Preferred qualifications:
Certification in CPA/CIA/CCEP/ RIMS-CRMP or related.
Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, accept ownership and accountability of the process and deliver on commitments.
Ability to work with a wide variety of departments, take charge, have confidence to interact with all levels, set objectives, drive results, influence, and be a team player with excellent communication, people management, and leadership skills.
Ability to take initiative to address problems and make continuous process improvements.
Ability to work with teams cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
