Responsibilities:- Coordinate digital campaigns of the different users of social networks for the. Coordinate the monitoring of the activities of the competition/of the social media market with the agencies and the Market Research team. Coordination of the content and media plans for the social platforms, as well as its monitoring and optimization in real time, vs. scope and frequency strategies. Application of communication and social network posting manuals. Weekly communication and posting calendar for each channel or medium. Coordinate functional tasks assigned to internal and external teams. Attention to the users and correct application of campaign briefs. Ensure that different areas of the Bank have sufficient information and Frequently Asked Questions, such as support for communication and promotions campaigns. Analyze the results and generate reports and improvement proposals for the campaigns. Registration and control of videos in the YouTube channel. Coordination of calendars, priorities of content and campaigns within the social platforms.
