Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 8+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 7+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.

• 4+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• 10+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience

• 3+ years of work experience in RF SW design and embedded system architecture

• Able to define project scope, level of effort, and risks for program, system, and design

• Routinely to break down complex systems into sub systems, and lead a team of engineers to create those systems within the unusual constraints that the government space requires

• Initiates and leads technical exchanges with government program managers, government specialists, and warfighters that will be using the gear

One or more of the following preferred:

• Experience in cellular RF software designs, preferably experience with 5G gNB and FR2/FR3 systems

• Knowledge of LTE, CDMA, EVDO, WCDMA, UMTS, and GSM/GPRS/EDGE is a plus

• Hands on experience in RFHW board bring up and debug

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Deep RF device level characterization skills

• Strong knowledge of RF measurement techniques such as EVM , IP2,IP3, Noise Figure , ACPR , Distortion , Jitter and Phase noise

• Proven experience of hands-on management of a team of engineers

• Experience in development of device drivers

• Experience with cm tools such as Git and Gerrit.

Pay range:

$180,000.00 - $270,000.00
