- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with network infrastructure acquisition (i.e. dark fiber, transport systems, or data centers).
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with network planning and engineering, including long haul and metro networks, as well as availability and resiliency analysis.
- Experience working in a network vendor or telecommunications carrier environment.
- Knowledge of networking, optical technologies, and outside plant or layer one network design.
