U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Raised Floor Planning Analyst with infrastructure implementation and data center raised floor support experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Leads the design and implementation of raised floor infrastructure elements for critical computing sites. Evaluates technology projects to assess adequacy and availability of existing infrastructure resources, recommends options, validates related costs, and plans infrastructure implementations. Coordinates and provides work direction to vendors and internal resources for infrastructure implementations. Conducts a post-installation review to ensure standards have been met. Updates records of IT hardware to reflect environment changes. Provides after hours on-call support of raised floor change activities including on-site and pager support. Creates and manages change management requests for raised floor infrastructure changes. Develops and maintains critical raised floor infrastructure standards, including cabling management, rack configurations, etc. Monitors raised floor infrastructure capacities and proactively initiates projects to address future growth projections.
Basic Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience, OR
Technical or vocational certification
At least 3 years experience with tools and practices for determining and managing resources (hardware, software, telecommunications, etc.) needed to provide satisfactory levels of service for current and future applications.
At least 3 years experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure.
At least 3 years experience with installing, relocating, and maintaining computing hardware, such as monitors, small CPU's, and printers.
At least 1 year experience with a data center operating environment, day-to-day operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
