• You will manage and drive the renewals process for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate renewals of contracts.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and advocating for their success.
• Identify and address potential risks to ensure high retention and renewals.
• This role will allow you to collaborate with account managers, customer success, and support teams to develop strategies that deliver value to customers.
• Negotiate renewal contracts and pricing, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and company goals.
• You will have the chance to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue growth.
• Through a strategic mindset you will maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of renewal status and pipeline activities.
• You will provide insights and feedback to product and customer success teams to enhance customer experience.
• Stay current on company product offerings, industry trends, and customer requirements.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• You may have 5+ years previous experience in sales, specifically software maintenance renewals, is preferred.
• You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle and Saleforce.com applications
• You are business aware, curious by nature and are an everyday problem solver.
• You can work to the highest standards independently and in a team environment.
• As this role will align to regions across EMEA, we will need fluency in English + another language, preferred being Spanish. Other languages desirable.
