Properly maintain warehouse organization to ensure all materials are inventoried, accessible, countable, and identifiable. Develop and adopt procedures and make suggestions regarding procedures, standards, and equipment to facilitate more safe and efficient work
Maintain inventory records to ensure installation crews have material to meet their daily goals and provide employees with the necessary tools, proper training, and corrective direction
Review and document inventory count to ensure accuracy within the warehouse
Coordinate with other warehouses to mitigate shortages or surplus
Deliver materials to job sites when needed. Complete all required safety trainings, follow safety policies, and always demonstrate proper safety protocols. Additional duties, as necessary
What You’ll Bring
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other resource planning software
Ability to perform repetitive duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven leadership ability and a track record as a mentor to employees
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment along with excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. Open availability to work all shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications: Previous Warehouse experience plus a Forklift certification and OSHA 10 or 30 Card
