Your key responsibilities

• Close collaboration with the EY engagement leadership team and clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy solutions to business issues, incorporating elements of strategy, future operating models, experience design, platforms, innovation and execution.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Focus on deliverables and client business priorities. Manage expectations of service. Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.
• Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.

What we look for

• A Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Finance, Design Innovation or a related field. A Master's degree would be considered an asset
• Certifications such as CPA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and Agile Design, Scrum (DAVSC, DAC, or equivalent) and Customer Experience are highly preferred
• 3-5 years of proven experience in business requirements gathering and analysis, process design, innovation, transformation consulting and/or project management
• Sector experience in financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, oil & gas will be considered an asset
• Familiarity with digital transformation tools would be considered an asset
• Ability to interpret complex business data to identify issues and develop solutions.
• Good analytical, visualization, report-writing and presentation skills
