Builds strategic relationships to understand the needs and requirements of the customer'sproject.
Manage the relationship with the customre and all stakeholders Develops, negotiates and builds a Scope of Work, WBS and project schedules to match theneeds of the project.
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities - ensures resource availability and allocation in alignment with project plans.Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage escalations with all levels internally and externally to achieve success.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project
Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization
Assures project legal documents are completed and signedUnderstands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
