Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PTS QA efforts across the portfolio, ensuring compliance with firmwide Project Execution rules and policies
• Analyze portfolio health to identify, recommend and implement QA improvement opportunities
• Identify PTS project quality risks and issues, escalating where necessary and driving them to successful resolution
• Act as Project Execution and PTS Subject Matter Expert, routinely promoting and delivering knowledge sharing to WLT project and program managers
• Assist the SVP Business Strategy Lead by assigning and monitoring the WLT IT Project QA Team day-to-day workload
• Actively support the annual Technology budget planning process, ensuring the PTS structure correctly aligns to the agreed book of work
• Oversee and manage special projects and process improvements as assigned

Skills:

• 6+ years in a Technical PMO (preferred) or Technical Project Manager role
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze, interpret and use data for problem solving and decision making
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including with executives
• Leadership ability to motivate people and execute through influence
• Ability to align to broader technical strategy and connect the dots
• Self-motivated with an enthusiastic and proactive approach
• Effective meeting management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to include use of pivot tables, formula crafting, graphs and other data analysis techniques
• Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
