- 4 years of experience in strategy and operations, program management, or consulting roles within the tech sector.
- Experience in Salesforce or other CRMs, including process design and reporting.
- Experience analyzing datasets using languages such as SQL, R, Python or Apps Script.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with A/B testing and working with data science teams on experimental analysis.
- Experience working with Marketing or Sales Development.
- Experience in the creator ecosystem (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, etc).
- Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing programs and initiatives for frontline teams, leading to improvements in efficiency or impact.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across organizations to achieve shared objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and insights to audiences.
