Your key responsibilities
ou will be working with diverse teams of professionals with different skill set to deliver a wide range of AI and data services. As part of that, you’ll need to be a team player with great communication skills, and have the desire to learn the technical skills required to fill the role.

To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelor's or master’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in any of the following:
- Proficiency in Python, data processing and ETL pipelines.
- SQL expertise for querying and working with relational databases.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark).
- Experience of Building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Experience with tools like Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, or AWS Step Function.
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services (e.g., CloudFormation, S3, Glue, KMS, IAM, Step Functions, Lambda, SNS, etc).
- Knowledge of real-time data ingestion (e.g. Kinesis Streaming, etc.)
- Experience of Designing and managing data warehouses/lakehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
- Dimensional modeling and understanding of star/snowflake schemas.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience leading the development, and implementation of scalable data solutions while ensuring best practices in data architecture, governance, and quality.
- Experience acting as the bridge between client architects, engineers, data scientists, and offshore EY teams, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Ability to drive execution using Agile methodologies, managing project scope, risks, and dependencies for successful delivery.
- Experience identifying performance bottlenecks, optimize SQL queries, AWS-based workflows, and implement process improvements.
- A willingness and ability to travel at 0%-25%
- Valid driver’s license in the US
- Valid passport
Ideally, you’ll also have
- 7+ years in data delivery, data engineering, or analytics leadership roles.
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, or asset/wealth management industries.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SAFe, or Scrum frameworks

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $X to $X. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $X to $X. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
