JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and empowera growing team of engineers to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with strategic business goals and outcomes.

  • Foster a strong, inclusive, and collaborative engineering culturethat emphasizes innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

  • Drive the successful delivery of multiple cross-platform projectsby guiding teams in effective estimation, planning, and iterative value delivery.

  • Collaborate effectively across global business units and product teams, navigating time zone differences to ensure alignment and progress.

  • Execute and iterate on the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring initiatives remain focused, achievable, andvalue-driven.

  • Champion change and continuous improvement, identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance team performance, processes, and outcomes.

  • Operate with autonomy and ownershipin a large, distributed environment, consistently delivering results while managing complexity and ambiguity.

Your qualifications and experience should include:

  • Overall experience of at least6years in the software development industry

  • At least 2years of people management experience, with experience managing multiple teams or one larger team

  • Able to manage, mentor, and empower teams, including other people managers

  • Proven leadership skills and a passion for building, maintaining, and deploying both internal business applications and highly available services

  • Strong communication, cross-group collaboration, and interpersonal skills. The ability to flex communication style to work with business and non-technical users in addition to engineers

  • Ability to balance priorities across multiple projects.

  • Ability to advise and influence technical discussions and decisions.

  • Experience with agile development practices emphasizingcontinuous improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience with Java, Kotlin, or similar technologies, and delivering microservices

  • Prior experience with one or more of the following technologies or areas is a plus: React, React Native

annual base salary for this position is $190,000 to $220,000.range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
