  1. Travel Security: The RSM aids in the development and implementation of Travel Security policies and procedures, provides travel security and risk planning advice, employs mitigation measures to minimize travel risk, and coordinates with travel services providers.
  2. Executive and Meeting Protection: The RSM identifies EY Executives who require protection and ensures the security of meetings and events.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, complemented by a minimum of three years' experience in a dynamic security environment.
  • Professional certifications in security or business continuity are highly regarded.

The RSM position requires a commitment to being on call outside of standard working hours, given the nature of potential crises and the extensive geographical scope of the role. A deep comprehension of policy development, sound judgment, and a proactive stance in delivering security outcomes are fundamental to the success of this position.
