Learning Strategy & Analysis
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify gaps and shape client-specific training strategies.
- Develop strategic, scalable learning plans aligned with client transformation and workforce capability goals.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop learner personas and define targeted development pathways.
Design & Development
- Design comprehensive learner journeys that map end-to-end development touchpoints.
- Build and structure curricula to support system rollouts, functional upskilling, and role-based enablement.
- Lead storyboarding and course outline development for instructor-led and digital content.
- Develop blended learning models, integrating virtual sessions, classroom training, and eLearning modules.
Delivery & Implementation
- Lead the training workstream for large-scale system implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery of user-focused enablement programs.
- Design and facilitate application simulations and sandbox-based learning to drive digital adoption.
- Deliver engaging capability development workshops for business and technical audiences.
- Manage and execute Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to scale delivery and empower internal champions.
Consulting & Pursuit Support
- Support pre-sales efforts, including pursuit and proposal development, crafting learning approaches, timelines, and estimates.
- Engage with clients as a trusted advisor, translating transformation goals into practical learning interventions.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and previous instructional design experience.
- Experience working in a learning and development organization.
- Prior consulting or professional services experience.
- Experience using relevant tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Strong personal impact and resilience, able to influence clients and stakeholders.
- Pragmatic approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a consulting or advisory role.
- Strong experience designing and delivering training for system implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
- Proven expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and blended learning delivery.
- Proficient in tools such as Articulate, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to engage diverse audiences from C-suite to end-users.
- Experience contributing to SOWs, proposals, and client presentations in support of business development.
Preferred Certifications
- Instructional Design or Learning Strategy Certifications
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- Certified Professional in Learning & Performance (CPLP)
- Agile or Scrum Certifications (a plus)
