The key deliverable for this role is to build an India-ledproduct portfolio with a special focus on new offerings across the energy &sustainability vertical (Biofuels, Hydrogen, SAF, Compressed Bio Gas, and more). You will be the customer-facing leader for all Indiaopportunities for this vertical. Doing this successfully requires atechno-commercial mindset, the ability to identify sectors of opportunity,interface with customers at senior & executive levels, and translatecritical market needs into new products & solutions. In this role, you willown delivery of current year annual operating plan for your portfolio as wellas delivery of an NPI roadmap for the 3-year strategic planning period.
Map the market : Identify and prioritize focus areas along the value chain byunderstanding emerging market & technology trends, and recommend which growthopportunities must be picked up for development.
Create offering roadmaps bydefining minimum viable offerings by prioritizing customer needs andtranslating them into actionable product requirements that deliver quantifiablecustomer value.
Build & drive portfolio acrossthe offering lifecycle from ideation to innovation and execution tocommercialization/first revenue, owning the market success of new offerings.
Domain expertise:
- Solid front line understanding of and experience with the energy & sustainable technology vertical, including a good understanding of new/clean energy pathways, renewable fuels & technologies, technologies that enable circularity, and energy transformation.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience, with at least 5 years of progressive experience in product management, developing & marketing new offerings preferably with product/technology companies
- Conducting market research & market mapping with white space analysis
- Sizing market with TAM, SAM, SOD estimations & building business cases
- Engaging with key customers, industry, and ecosystem partners to understand market needs, and developing partnerships for co-innovation, co-development, and/or co-marketing
- Ideating with customers & technology teams that resulted in building credible product roadmaps and delivering business growth
- Collaborating cross-functionally in a matrix environment to drive business decisions and program execution

Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
