We’re looking for an energetic and independent
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work hand-in-glove with Product Managers, Customer Success, and others to keep the existing set of written documentation aligned with the product, in terms of both functionality and appearance.
- Contribute to weekly and ad-hoc release notes posts, product newsletters, and other customer communications.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and technical writers to maintain and customize docs-as-code infrastructure.
- Help Frontend developers and product managers refine in-app microcopy.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- At least two years of experience in a role for which writing about technical topics is a core function. The more you write, and the more technical the topics, the better.
- Some sort of technical background, be it educational (a STEM degree) or professional (development, QA, analytics, SOC, Incident Response, etc.).
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Mother-tongue level English and fantastic written communication skills, plus at least conversational Hebrew skills.
BONUS:
- Experience in security, cloud, and/or SaaS.
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub actions, Python, Vale (or other linters) and/or API/SDK documentation.
