As a Quality Engineer III here at Honeywell Aerospace in Redmond, Washington, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our aerospace products. You will be accountable for implementing and maintaining quality control systems, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our aerospace technologies and solutions.You will report directly to our Quality Manager and you'll work out of our Redmond, Washington location.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the quality and performance of our aerospace products. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to the overall success of our aerospace business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality processes
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
• Provide technical expertise and facilitate to internal and external stakeholders on quality-related matters
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

The annual base salary range for this positionis <$99,400.00 -$124,200.00>. Please note that this salary information serves as ageneral guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well asmarket and business considerations

YOU MUST HAVE• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of quality control systems and methodologies
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Excellent Problem Solving and decision making abilities
WE VALUE• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or similar certification
• Experience in the aerospace industry or a highly regulated manufacturing environment
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or qualityAdditional Information
