As a Production Planner II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules, ensuring efficient utilization of resources, and meeting customer demands. Your expertise in production planning and inventory management will contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Production Planning Manager, and you'll work out of our location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations by ensuring timely production and delivery of products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate material availability and resolve any production issues. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in optimizing production schedules and reducing waste.

• SAP Demand, OTFP, Shortage Analytics, production commitment, Kanban strategies, Transfer Requirements alignment.
• Create and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability for production.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Resolve any production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.

• Bachelor Degree
• 3+ years of experience in production planning or related field.
• Proficiency in production planning software.
• Advanced English
• Production Planning experience , Warehouse , Cycle Counting
• SAP Experience

• Some prior experience in production planning.
• Degree of creativity and latitude.
• Able to make decisions using data provided.
• Working knowledge of basic computer skills
