Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Wealth Management Regional Directors, providing clarity on how to best use analytics to gain insights, evaluate metrics, and drive results
- Provide strategic analytical and business management support for the Chase Wealth Management business in collaboration with the Field Finance & Business Management team,
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate the region’s performance from an analytical lens
- Leverage a deep understanding of business and financial principles and a working knowledge of key business drivers to coordinate, assess and help execute the long-term goals and priorities of the field leadership team
- Maintain budget and forecast for field headcount and expense; help drive expense management in the field
- Perform ad hoc analysis in support of financial and strategic goals
- Prepare business review materials on a quarterly basis
- Optimize 'bottom line' performance by creating and analyzing performance tracking and reporting
- Contribute to national initiatives by providing relevant feedback and implementation
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years relevant experience in finance, consulting, analytics or strategy
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Knowledge and understanding of financial principles and ability to link results to activities
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships across the organization
- Strong personal management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple (and changing) project deliverables at same time
- Business savvy and commercial judgment
- Some travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Field management experience
- Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and/or Microsoft Access
