Development Manager (Americas Tax Technology Group) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1538327), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Austin, TX.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 4 years of experience converting business and technical requirements into appropriate solutions.

Must have 4 years of experience with Solutions Architecture, Systems design, Programming/software development, Innovation, Emerging technology monitoring, Business domain knowledge, and Usability evaluation

Must have 4 years of experience with .NET, or Java and SQL, and responsive web design.

Must have 4 years of experience supporting peer teams such as infrastructure, operations, enterprise architecture, and/or information security.

Must have 4 years of experience working through all phases of the technology life-cycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion and testing

Must have 4 years of experience working in a virtual team environment with internal or external clients

Domestic travel required up to 10% of time, to visit client sites in order to serve client needs.
