The successful applicant will be able to work at our Lviv office, Warsaw office or remotely in Poland or Ukraine.

Together with the team, you’ll have an opportunity to influence key decisions in prototyping, development, art, game features, and mechanics. We create our own products and control all the steps of game development – from ideas to the final stage of implementation.

• Developing high-quality effects for weapons, characters, and game levels

• Creating concept designs and developing real-time mobile game VFX in Unity

• Creating simulations and sequences in Houdini, or other 3D editors, and integrating them with Unity

• Profiling and optimizing effects and game assets

• Approving effects created by external specialists, and providing feedback on them

• Building and optimizing the work pipeline

• At least 4 years of work experience in the game industry as a Real-time VFX Artist

• Knowledge of the principles of motion, anticipation, dynamics, and other aspects of animation

• Experience creating VFX in Unity

• Experience creating or writing VFX shaders in node-based editors

• Skills in 3D modeling and 3D animation

• Experience creating and baking UV maps

• Experience with VFX textures

• Hands-on experience with particle systems

• Experience working with Git or other version control systems

• English language skills at the intermediate level or higher

• Knowledge of HLSL, С#, or another programming language

• Understanding of mobile device hardware restrictions

• Experience creating simulations in Houdini and integrating them with Unity

• Hands-on experience with Substance Painter and Substance Designer
