Responsibilities:
  • Identify and implement process improvements with a critical focus on “Key performance indicators”, “Internal Risk Assessment programs” and “Data” (both integrity of and analysis”,
  • Support key internal partners and some wider KLA business groups (Facilities Global Engineering, IT and Software and Field Service organisation).
  • Drive the design and implementation of new business processes with organizational context and priorities in mind.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyse the efficiency of new initiatives and processes, adjusting as needed.
  • Work closely with operational leaders and other teams to find opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes and how to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement further operational excellence improvement programs.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to drive process improvements.
  • Establish and support key performance metrics and dashboards for monitoring operational performance.
  • Assist in facilitating organisational change by leading and supporting operational and global initiatives within GWS.
  • Support internal GWS process development (with focus on standardisation, compliance, regulations, and operational & business standards (including ISO and equivalent).
Skills:
  • Proven experience in operations management and a keen understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field of work
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant methodologies.
  • Experience in a similar role within manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
Beneficial Experience:
  • ISO process and auditing
  • Statistical analysis skills
  • Technical focus (Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical is preferable) – clean room experience is an advantage.
  • Software packages including Power BI, Project Management software, SharePoint, Dashboards & MS office suite
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
