Responsibilities
  • Planning and executing strategy for key existing accounts within the Financial Services sector, retaining and growing the account base through cross-selling and up-selling within the client.
  • Establishing and building relationships within the client base and internally within Personetics, becoming the key champion for the client within our business.
  • Personally, managing and growing a number of key accounts, while achieving quarterly and annual targets
  • Utilizing internal and external networks to expand the business within existing dedicated clients, while searching for prospects and leads to establish relationships within new clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in Digital Marketing in banking sector in Europe
  • C-level consultative professional experience in delivering value and growth into an existing client base.
  • Proven experience of developing and expanding relationships, while growing business opportunities.
  • An analytical approach with the ability to analyze success KPI
  • Strong customer service and communication / interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced dynamic environment
