What you'll do...
Essential Functions:
- Leads the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems and support data-driven decision making.
- Makes strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results, and influences roadmap prioritization of partner teams.
- Owns complex projects end-to-end for a business area ; manages risks associated with implementation.
- Develops data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area to drive business results and value.
- Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance.

- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive a highly complex business area or one with high strategic importance to Walmart.
- Navigates partner team dynamics and works across multiple sites.
- Has accountability for the performance and results of the team in a highly complex business area or category.
