RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and GTM teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements through automation and scripting.
- Utilize Workato for building automations, partner with IT to maintain and release new Workato recipes.
- Develop and implement automations that streamline workflows and improve efficiency across Sales Operations, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure automations are aligned with business objectives and support key revenue processes.
- Leverage modern GTM tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Google Suite to support day-to-day operations and automations.
- Stay up to date with new technologies, API integrations, and best practices to enhance process automation and data flow across systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automations and provide recommendations for long-term solutions.
- 3+ years of technical experience in process automation and working within revenue operations or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with Workato or similar automation tools (Zapier, Python scripting, etc.) for process improvement.
- Familiarity with modern GTM tech stack tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Google Suite.
- Experience working with APIs to create seamless integrations between systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and apply technology-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work with cross-functional teams and translate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a SaaS company and knowledge of revenue operations processes preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field is a plus, but not required.
