Expert Associate Director, Vaccine Marketing, title: Product Owner

manage the project to successfully launch a completely new concept product currently under development.In addition, this job allows you to gain experience in the field of vaccines, which is different from general medicine, and can contributes to public health. We seek individuals withstrong project management skills and leadership skillsand a passion for our mission. Previous pharmaceutical experience is required; ideal for strategic and project management professionals transitioning to future commercial leadership roles.

Role Overview:

And , basically product owner in Marketing & Engagement chapter’s roll is to provide extensive knowledge and expertise in all aspects of marketing (including brand strategy, sales forecasting, budget planning, product lifecycle management, marketing actions and content strategy, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Develop the Marketing strategy / Business case forecasting/Budget planning/ Lifecycle Management.
• Lead communication and problem solving with one-team mindset across functions to ensure right business strategy including market access and launch.
• Plan and schedule projects related to the Product, managing resource allocation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience of the healthcare industry or pharmaceutical market Excellent communication involving senior management and cross-functional team-building skills.
• Marketing/Business Planning skill: Excellent product strategy development capabilities.
• Strong leadership skills to drive business with uncertainness. Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Fluent in English proficiency required to drive discussion within Japan complex market background.
• Experience in project management; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) or professional firm (e.g., consulting company) is preferred but not mandatory.
