Key Responsibilities

Reporting into the AMSEA Regional Office, you will be supporting the Regional President to lead cross functional teams and work with regional-global executive level stakeholders to:

• Translate global strategies to regional opportunities, as well as sense-make regional trends to shape global strategies; align back regional opportunities with the BU business models to enable competitiveness
• Drive Change.Be a change activist to influence and drive progress in key strategic regional initiatives and programs through tightcoordination-collaborationwith senior management, functions and BUs
• Improve operations.Provide direction on improving administrative cadence and decision making in regional level initiatives.
• Build partnerships.Originate, negotiate and executeecosystem partnerships in Singapore to accelerate new business opportunities from inception to execution
• Leverage public-private partnerships.Build and maintain relationships with key public stakeholders to ensure Applied Materials is strategically positioned and supported
• Communicate.Provide strategic directions and core messaging for both internal and external communications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor in any Engineering or Science related discipline with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Experiences in public-private partnership, strategic operations and project management
• Experienced in strategizing, structuring and negotiating internal-external partnerships with 3-5 year planning horizon
• Good knowledge of the high technology and/or semiconductor industry
• Experiences working across time zones in multi-functional global teams
