Staff Software Engineer

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 6 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment; Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 3 years of experience in large scale enterprise software development environment.

Experience designing and implementing REST API web services using Java. Experience coding in object-oriented programming language Java and Python. Experience designing and developing Distributed Systems. Experience designing data management systems using Relational and No SQL Databases including MySQL and Cassandra. Experience exploring Cloud based solutions using GCS and Azure. Experience using Distributed Messaging System Kafka. Experience building data pipeline using data orchestrator to process big data from a data lake using Apache Airflow and Apache Spark. Experience extracting meaningful features from a data lake to optimize the machine learning models for various use cases using Spark ML and MLeap. Experience working with software engineers to deliver an end-to-end solution. Experience collaborating with product managers and data scientists to carry out various experiments to improve customer experience. Experience in promptly resolving customer issues.
