As a certification and conformance associate you will play a key role in ensuring the correct certification of all products in our personal safety division (PSD) for sale in Chile, Argentina and Ecuador. In this role you will be able to identify the regulatory requirements for each country, work with appropriate test labs and agencies to submit products for certification and arrange manufacturing site audits as required to ensure conformance of products at all times.

• Preparing, maintaining and submitting regulatory documentation for all key product certification schemes applicable to the countries listed for the whole PSD product portfolio.
• Working with business portfolio leader(s) and manufacturing for the introduction of new products and management of change in existing products to ensure regulatory compliance at alltimes
• Performing routine regulatory tasks for new and existingproducts.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in a scientific

engineering discipline or Diploma or equivalent and significant previous regulatoryexperience.

• At least two (2) years Regulatory Affairsexperience
• Fluent in English andSpanish
