What you will do:

• Be the subject matter expert across all PDS products - Citidirect, Citiconnect (connectivity solutions), Onboarding, Billing and Data, driving adoption across client segments in Indonesia

• Partner with sales head, client executives and coverage teams to execute on go-to-market strategies, address client paint points / issues

• Manage in-country product responsibilities including adherence to regulatory and compliance obligations, educating country stakeholders on product details

• Represent the country as the voice of its clients, influencing and delivering product enhancements for Indonesia

• Represent Citi in industry working groups to execute on country-wide digitization agendas (e.g., open banking, open APIs / SNAP)

Who are we looking for:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience

• A problem solver, with a roll-up-your-sleeves and can-do attitude

• Someone with experience in successful implementation of large or complex projects while managing cross functional stakeholders

• A good communicator - both verbal and written

• Someone with experience with transaction banking, corporate banking, digital banking or digital product management.

• Pluses / nice to haves: Knowledge on corporate onboarding; knowledge on connectivity between banks to corporate and FI ERPs / TMS's; experience managing systems / digital solutions / platforms used by corporate clients
