Significant human resources experience with a speciality focus in workplace accommodations.
Deep knowledge and expertise of Ireland & UK employment law, with knowledge of employment equality legislation. Experience collaborating across multiple business partners in a large matrix organisation.
Ability to drive innovative resolutions on a wide range of leave and workplace accommodations issues.
Experience in triaging and analysing multiple accommodations requests.
Experience in guiding and facilitating the absence management process.
Proven ability to work independently, including the ability to effectively coordinate, prioritize, and balance multiple assignments simultaneously
Strong collaborator, able to provide advice in a standalone role while partnering closely with other teams within the People function
Ability to simplify complex issues for different audiences including People (HR) teams, managers and employees.
Ability to express thoughts in a clear and concise manner to influence others.
Proven ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with leadership, internal and external partners and People team (HR) colleagues.
Demonstrable experience of using judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees alike
Outstanding communication skills including effective listening, writing and presentation.
Project Management experience is desired.
Workday knowledge is a plus.
ServiceNow case management experience is a plus.
Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems & tools is essential.
