Remit of your role will also include: -
- Design, develop an employee value proposition that continuously evolves to reflect the true and real value that the JACOBS culture can have to our Employees and their careers.
- Foster and support inclusive talent development initiatives and projects, enabling all our employees at all levels to have the support, tools, ability and opportunity to achieve.
- Enhance and maximise the success of our Agile Career and Talent Mobility processes, combining the continued growth of our employees with our resource management systems - having the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
- Provide HR generalist support across the business, fostering a collaborative solutions focussed approach.
- Maintain, update and manage HR systems.
