Our offices are UK based but candidates in other European locations are considered, with an option of office, remote or hybrid working. This role will require travel within Europe and occasional travel to the United States.

• Passion for gaming and consumer entertainment.
• Professional working experience in the gaming industry.
• Thorough understanding of game development on Xbox, PlayStation, and/or PC Gaming.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English is required.
• Respect others and be able to collaborate on resolving issues with others.
• High-level communication skills and be able to establish trusted relationships with partners.
• Ability to ramp up quickly on new technology and end-to-end scenarios.
• Flexibility to be able to work with game studios of all sizes, structures, and experience levels.

• General account & relationship management of technical teams within our partner game studios.
• Research and understanding technical aspects of Microsoft platforms (Xbox, Game Streaming, Azure, Windows development).
• Work on technical problems that require cross group collaboration.
• Provide technical insight to partner internal teams during business discussions.
• Help onboard and build relationships with developers new to the Xbox ecosystem.
• Be a representative for Xbox at game developer events and conferences
