Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+years experiencein cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting

OR equivalent experience.

  • track recordof building deep technical sales relationships with CXOs and practice building executives in ISV, MSP, CD and SI
  • Ability to solve Partner problems and unblock technical issues,leveraginginternal and/or external resources.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Cloud Solution Area products and services, and knowledge of market business environment
  • 6-10+ years of success in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications

Enablement Execution:

  • Lead and/or contribute to the delivery of workshops, bootcamps, and trainings necessary to build partners’ technical skills

Technical Engagement:

  • Lead deep technical engagements, including Briefings, Proof of Concepts, Architectural DesignSessionsand Hackathons

Solution Development:

  • Aid partners to develop and implement high quality solutions and/or servicesleveragingMicrosoft’s latest technologies
  • Technicalbriefings and Architecture Review Sessions

Tech Sales:

  • Enable partners on technical pre-sales skills while supporting initial partners’ wins and work to unblock technical issues.

Partner development and growth:

  • You willsupport the Partner Development Managers withdevelopingand executinga strategic and tactical partner business plan aligned with Microsoft goalsand the Hybrid Cloud Providers’ businessobjectivesto drive mutual growth in Azure.
  • You will promoteAIcloud consumption and digital transformation; plans will consider short and long-term goals and performance expectations aligned with partner needs and capabilities.


Partner Sales and Acceleration:

  • You willfacilitatecollaboration between partner and MicrosoftPartner and Customer Account s
  • You will work with your partner on top opportunities following the Microsoft salesmethodologyand prioritize transactions through marketplace, where possible.
  • You willbe responsible foryour partners’ performance with Microsoft and accountable for keeping a regular rhythm of connection with executive,salesand delivery teams toidentifyand resolve blockers in execution, and to accelerate performance.
  • You will drive adoption, usage and performance of programs and investments that contribute to sales and consumption. You willbe responsible forthe correction of errors plan when execution is below expectations.
