Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of key system features that support LLM based experiences.
2. Lead design and development SDK solutions that will be used by multiple teams to create functionalities for a large language model.
3. Will mentor and support team members to collaboarte and align on design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility.
4. Will work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software against aggressive schedules.
5. Will establish architectural principles, select design patterns and then mentor team members on their appropriate application
6. Deep dive into the end-to-end system architecture and drive long-term alignment with partner teams.A day in the life

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
