The responsibilities include:
• developing high-performing technical talent with focus on delivering solution and valueto the product
• driving development team to establish comprehensive plans and solutions to problems/challenges that would allow to deliver first-class product and its features to variety of clients.
• ensuring that activities around end-to-end product development are adequately sized, planned & tracked to meet the internal&external delivery expectations

• 5+ years of professional experience in the field, including experience in building & managing development teams
• Experience with project management, planning, tracking, prioritization
• Strong software development background with prior experinece in any modern programming langauages such as: Go, Python, Javascript, including software design & architecture
• Understanding of different development processes
• Excellent people management, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Working knowledge and understanding of Machine Learning topics, including Large Language Models and connected technologies
• Comprehensive understanding of working with and contributing to open-source projects
• Experience with contenerized solutions including Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift is a plus
• Experience with cloud and hybrid environments/infrastructures is a plus
