ISC Analytics Specialist II As an ISC Analytics Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop analytical solutions. With your expertise in data analytics, you will contribute to the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to drive continuous improvement. Your ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights will be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy. You will report directly to our ISC Analytics Manager and you’ll work out of our Bangalore, India location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact decision making in the business, optimize processes, increase cost savings, and improve customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop analytical solutions.
• Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from supply chain data.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Support the implementation of advanced analytics tools and technologies.
• Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks through data analysis.

YOU MUST HAVE • 3+ years of experience in data analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
WE VALUE • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, etc.)
• Experience in supply chain analytics or related field
• Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning, predictive modeling, etc.)
• Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
