Senior Software Engineer

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of experience in software engineering or related experience; OR Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in software engineering or related experience.

Must have experience with: Building Web applications and services using Java/J2EE, Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST API, JMS, JPA, JDBC, JSP, Servlet, HTML, Maven, SOA Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSD, JSON, and Java/J2EE Design Patterns; Building User Interfaces UI for web browsers and mobile applications using Nodejs, NPM, NVM, ReactJs, React Native, React hooks, Redux, Material UI, Bootstrap UI, JavaScript ES6 ECMAScript, React testing library, Jest, Jasmine, Enzyme, and Karma; Using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP Java server pages and servlet, JavaScript ES6,7,8,9 and ECMAScript, jQuery; Designing and implementing Single page applications using AngularJS and its concepts like Directives and Expressions, Node.js, Node package manager and CSS libraries; Relational databases (Microsoft SQL server, Oracle PL/SQL, Azure SQL Database), Azure Cosmos - NoSQL database service, Cassandra - NoSQL database, Elasticsearch - enterprise database search tool; Event-streaming platforms like Apache Kafka, IBM MQ; Application lifecycle management platforms like OneOps and Cloud Native Platforms (Docker, Kubernetes); Application Monitoring tools like Splunk (logs and traces), Dynatrace Dashboards (system health), lenses.io (Kafka streaming data governance), Grafana (to visualize metrics, logs, traces); Planning, tracking, and managing software development lifecycles of projects with Agile Methodologies using tools like JIRA and RALLY; and CI/CD Jenkins pipeline for continuous integration and continuous deployments using GIT for version control system (VCS), SonarQube for Code quality, Checkmarx for checking security vulnerabilities in code. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
