What You’ll DoWhat You’ll Bring
- Provide leadership and technical expertise to the Field Service team members and work with a team to; remove, upgrade, perform quality checks, re-install, and commission solar PV systems
- Ensure all related equipment necessary is available, onsite and cleaned up. Communicate job status to the customer and leadership
- Document and update job status in the company database and lead efforts for safe work practices for the installation teams
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers throughout the process
- Additional duties required as needed
- 3-5 years’ relevant electrical experience including 1 year solar PV experience with a valid state journeyman electrician license
- Minimum 6 months leading a crew of two or more
- Understanding of the NEC codes that relate to solar PV installations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.)
- Capable of working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs; and performing repetitious duties, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time with experience using basic hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills and must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, must have excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well with and lead others in a collaborative team environment
