Your responsibilities will include:
Subsidiary Corporate Governance


Help ensure compliance with local UBO filing requirements and support Treasury and business teams on KYC disclosures.


Group Structuring and Acquisition Integration


Participate in Legal Entity Rationalization Project activities to eliminate (through merger or liquidation) legal entities that have become dormant and are no longer needed in the group.
Assist Tax in preparation of intragroup agreements documenting the relationships (such as distributorship, services, licensing, etc.) between various group entities.

Support Corporate Legal colleagues in the M&A group where international involvement is needed.

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate
Five to seven years of sophisticated global corporate legal work at a top law firm and/or at a multinational company, with demonstrated experience working on international matters.

Excellent attention to detail, legal research and writing, communication, and project management skills.
