Responsibilities
•Execute communication strategies for executive communications, including townmeetings, leadership messaging and function content (HSE, Legal/Complianceetc), serve as an advisor to function stakeholders
•Plan and organize internal activities to drive employee engagement. SupportOne-Honeywell activities in the region and other communication support needsper request
•Partner with HR team to design and implement people engagement programs thatsupport China talent strategy and promote employer brand, and be able to trackresults and calculate impact and efficiency
•Work with global communication counterparts and regional cross-function teamsto drive internal communication and employee campaigns, leadership messageflow-downs, award and recognition programs, etcBasic Qualifications
•3-5 years working experience in corporate communications function inmulti-national companies
•Bachelor degree with major in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations,English or related fields
•Storytelling ability and good writing skills, project management andproblem-solving skills, ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
•Ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and externalstakeholders, work as part of a diversified team and work across matrixedorganization with C-suites
•Ability to develop / implement innovative corporate communications campaignsand leverage software to create polished and compelling digital content invideos and presentations
•Results-oriented, positive attitude and strong ownership, ability toefficiently contribute to crisis response as needed
