Works with sales team to design, deliver and manage effective marketing strategies, programs and demand generation campaigns across the Asia region that position Verint as trusted, proven and innovative market leader and produce a consistent flow of quality sales leads

Job Responsibilities
Work with Asia VPs to build an effective marketing plan that delivers quality sales leads
Design and execute closed-loop, integrated marketing campaigns focusing on digital (online, eDM, SEM) marketing across Asia utilizing Eloqua/Hubspot/salesforce.com marketing automation platforms wherever possible.
Build relationships with analysts, advisors, consultants and influencers across the region that enable the acceleration of Verint’s market positioning and messaging
Design, manager and execute field marketing events (conferences, seminars, webinars) across Asia
Work with PR agencies where appropriate to develop and grow the Verint brand across the region and highlight Verint’s position as an industry thought leader
Own and manage Verint's contact database in Asia and develop programs enabling expansion to support sales growth.
Engage and collaborate with Partners across the region to develop Verint marketing activities and promotions for their customers
Grow our web presence and related SEO and social media activities across the Asia region
Manage the marketing budget for the Asia region
Generate regular demand generation reports for Sales and Management that highlight campaign outcomes
Act per the Information Security Policy, Information Management Policy, and Privacy Policy
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field
7+ years of marketing experience in IT or technology industry (preferably in the B2B technology software sector)
3+ years Regional Marketing Management experience
Strong individual performer and effective in matrix team organizations
Experience with Marketing Automation platforms, ideally HubSpot and/or Eloqua
Experience with CRM systems, ideally salesforce.com
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
