Key job responsibilities
- Develop and align resource requirements for the Hardware Product Development organization to deliver against roadmap programs.
- Coordinate and drive the process for forecasting/reporting actual resource requirements and analysis for both individual program-level reviews as well as annual planning cycles.- Translate key strategic plans into projects, identifying requirements and relevant stakeholder groups.
- Develop insights from the historical trends, including reports and documents, share and interpret those learning with senior leadership.
- Actively explore and design scalable execution plans for long-term strategic planning opportunities to improve operational efficiency in execution and scaling of the Hardware Organization.

- 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience technical product management
