Job Description
Main Accountabilities:
- Identify the key customers and define the strategy and tactics of their development on the territory
- Creating and managing long-term relationships and partnerships
- Achieving / exceed sales targets and agreed KPI's
- Analyze territory and accounts sales
- Planning and implementation of customer centric - action plan per account
- Perform the individual visits and provide the group activities to increase the brands awareness and customers loyalty
- Organize and implement tailored made activities for the own territory
- Analyze competitors’ performance in the territory
- Be responsible for achieving the sales results on quarterly and annualbasis.
- work areas required:Coastal plain, South and Jerusalem
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
- B.A Degreein life science or other related field, MBA - advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- High scientific level abilities, fast and independent learning ability
- Proactive "can do" attitude, strong analytical and customer facing skills
- Very high sellingand presentationskills level
- Very good in customer centric interactions/sales techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of creating and managing long-term relationships and partnerships
- Outstanding communication skills and flexibility
- Strategic thinking, planning skills
- Drive and own responsibility for achieving results
- Self-motivated with the ability to perform with a high level of independence
