Job Description

Main Accountabilities:

  • Identify the key customers and define the strategy and tactics of their development on the territory
  • Creating and managing long-term relationships and partnerships
  • Achieving / exceed sales targets and agreed KPI's
  • Analyze territory and accounts sales
  • Planning and implementation of customer centric - action plan per account
  • Perform the individual visits and provide the group activities to increase the brands awareness and customers loyalty
  • Organize and implement tailored made activities for the own territory
  • Analyze competitors’ performance in the territory
  • Be responsible for achieving the sales results on quarterly and annualbasis.
  • work areas required:Coastal plain, South and Jerusalem

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

  • B.A Degreein life science or other related field, MBA - advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales
  • High scientific level abilities, fast and independent learning ability
  • Proactive "can do" attitude, strong analytical and customer facing skills
  • Very high sellingand presentationskills level
  • Very good in customer centric interactions/sales techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of creating and managing long-term relationships and partnerships
  • Outstanding communication skills and flexibility
  • Strategic thinking, planning skills
  • Drive and own responsibility for achieving results
  • Self-motivated with the ability to perform with a high level of independence
