- Work with Engineering Management and Vendors to define plan, track, communicate and escalate as appropriate.- Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management.- Facilitate good communication and offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management.- Drive day-to-day Engineering build activities, at vendor’s factory, to meet overall program objectives.
- 5 years in engineering development or engineering program management
- Have general knowledge on product development life cycle (Proto build, EVT, DVT etc)
- Engineering Build Schedule Planning experience
- Familiar with technical risk assessment review
- Experienced in writing status report & technical review summary
- Able to work well with cross cultural and multi-functional team
- Willing to travel
- 6 years above experience
- Good problem analytic skill
- Good status tracking skill and attend to detail
- Problem solving methodology / tool (FACA report, 5Y, fishbone etc)
- General industrial manufacturing process like Display TFT, SMT, die cutting, plastic injection moulding, sheet metal stamping etc
- Failure analysis (FA tool) like SEM/EDX, FTIR etc
- New production line Equipment / tester bring up
- Production line Quality control
