Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned budget & KPIs for the COP area
  • To develop Ruminant sales team members if reporting, by utilizing the My pmp as the primary development tool
  • Ensure implementation of PharmaSell /Action Selling process
  • Develop and maintain close rapport, working with Distributor and key customers
  • Work closely with Health Platform Managers for Marketing support and with Zonal Manager for getting the support from Technical Services, Credit Control, and logistic to ensure effective sales-marketing and cross functional synergy.
  • Business Managers have key role in achieving sales budget
  • Maintain good relations & develop business from ever demanding and negotiating customers
  • Coaching, mentoring, guiding and motivating to all sales team members if reporting to him
  • Effective implementation of promotional strategies through team members
  • Achieve targeted sales ratios
  • If a Veterinarian – provide good Technical Support to customers
Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in Veterinary Sciences / Science
  • 1 or more year’s relevant experience in the ethical veterinary market
  • Additional education in Business Administration is preferred though not essential
  • Must have demonstrated commercial success.
  • Sound technical knowledge of Animal Health Medicine
  • Operate well within a matrix organization
