Job Description
Responsibilities:- Achieve assigned budget & KPIs for the COP area
- To develop Ruminant sales team members if reporting, by utilizing the My pmp as the primary development tool
- Ensure implementation of PharmaSell /Action Selling process
- Develop and maintain close rapport, working with Distributor and key customers
- Work closely with Health Platform Managers for Marketing support and with Zonal Manager for getting the support from Technical Services, Credit Control, and logistic to ensure effective sales-marketing and cross functional synergy.
- Business Managers have key role in achieving sales budget
- Maintain good relations & develop business from ever demanding and negotiating customers
- Coaching, mentoring, guiding and motivating to all sales team members if reporting to him
- Effective implementation of promotional strategies through team members
- Achieve targeted sales ratios
- If a Veterinarian – provide good Technical Support to customers
Qualifications & Skills- Degree in Veterinary Sciences / Science
- 1 or more year’s relevant experience in the ethical veterinary market
- Additional education in Business Administration is preferred though not essential
- Must have demonstrated commercial success.
- Sound technical knowledge of Animal Health Medicine
- Operate well within a matrix organization
